Admissions
- Treatment is provided for adults 18 years of age and over.
- Call - for Men's Treatment Services - The Ranch at (800) 955-2924 or - for Women's Treatment Services - Hacienda Valdez at (877) 446-2959 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Our staff will provide you with program information and complete a pre-intake interview and will answer any questions you might have.
- Typical stays are from 60-90 days and decisions regarding length of stay are made on a case by case basis. Our treatment staff reviews cases weekly and will keep the client and family involved.
Payment and Cost of Treatment
- Affordable price, less than $4,000 a month!
- First month's payment due prior to or upon admission.
- Major credit cards accepted.
- We will assist in all efforts to apply for insurance reimbursements.
What to Expect When You Arrive
- Family or friends may be asked to stay briefly to help complete paperwork and payment arrangements. The family will receive information regarding family involvement, telephone and client contact rules.
- Once family/friends have said their goodbyes, and are on the way, the client will complete intake paperwork and his/her personal belongings will be searched.
- The staff will introduce client to his/her peer group, staff members and get oriented to the facility.
- Detox staff monitor the detoxification process until the client enters primary treatment, at which time a primary counselor will be assigned for the entire treatment process.
What to Bring
- Drivers' License or California I.D. (Must be issued by the DMV)
- Social Security Card
- Personal Hygiene Articles (shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)
- Towels and washcloths
- Laundry supplies, if you have a preference. (We do supply generic laundry soap only.) Laundry machines are available onsite.
- Clothing: some dress, but mostly casual. Some warm clothing from October to April and warm weather clothing from April to September.
- Stamps and envelopes for letters
Medications
If you need to bring medications, the guidelines that must be adhered to:
- Prescribed: MUST be in current prescription bottle in client's own name with a sufficient supply (or refills) for length of stay in treatment.
- Over The Counter: MUST be in a new, sealed bottle. No Exceptions.
